• Do you provide OEM/ODM service ?

  Sure, OEM/ODM orders are welcome. We can customize for you with logo printing, package design, add languages, and booting animation if your order quantity reaches MOQ of OEM.

• What is your guarantee?

  We provide a one-year warranty, but do not include artificial damage. The buyer needs to afford the shipping cost of the return.

• What is the way of transportation?

  For small orders, we recommend shipping by DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEx. For big orders, we recommend shipping by air or sea.

Order & Payment

• What is your usual payment term for orders ?

  For sample orders, we accept payment by Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, or Escrow. For formal order, L/C at sight, Telegraphic Transfer ( T/T ), Western Union, or Moneygram.

• What is the minimum order quantity per item ?

  The minimum order quantity is 10-50 piece according to different models.

• Could we get samples before normal order?

  Yes, we provide samples for quality checking if the buyer can pay the sample fee and freight.

• How much the courier freight will be for the samples ?

  Freight is different based on the quantity, weight, and volume of the samples.
